A Description of our Broker Terms and Procedures...What You Can Expect

We handle all aspects of the negotiation. Once an agreement is reached, we introduce the buyer to the seller and step back. Seller will invoice the buyer directly..buyer will pay seller directly. We remain in contact throughout the process.

We Don't Handle The Product or the Money

Equipment is Paid Prior to Shipment

This is a VERY important part of our process. I have been doing this since 2002. I chose "dealer to dealer" because I KNOW that an established radio dealer is not going to risk their reputation by selling equipment that is not as advertised. Occasionally we have shipping damages, but I have never had any problems with equipment that were not resolved to both parties' satisfaction. ALL sales are prepaid, No Exceptions. Company check is fine, seller will ship when check clears. Most dealers will accept a credit card for payment, but they normally add the 3% service fee charged by credit card company.

Our Commission...Who Pays...and When

We charge a flat rate 15% commission on the cost of equipment sold, not including shipping. $1,000 sale...$150 commission. There is no minimum commission...there is no maximum commission...a simple 15%. We don't charge to list equipment. We only charge when we have a completed sale and BOTH parties are happy with the results. We only work for the SELLER...our goal is to get the best price possible for them...they pay our fees. We do NOT accept payment from buyers. Seller's pay commission...Buyer's pay their own shipping or provide shipping labels. We do not invoice for our commission until the deal is 100% COMPLETED and Both parties are satisfied. Our terms are due upon receipt. We accept PayPal (no additional fee), PayPal is required commission payment if you're not a US Company due to expense of processing International Payments.

We Negotiate the transaction completely, then put Buyer and Seller in Direct Contact

We have built our radio dealer database to include Motorola, Kenwood, Icom, etc. dealers. We normally send out an bi-monthly email to our 750+ subscribers listing all equipment for sale as well as equipment wanted.

Our marketing process is 100% email based

We do NOT handle the money or the equipment. Equipment is sold based on the descriptions given by the seller. Once the agreement is negotiated, the Seller invoices the buyer directly for the equipment...then the Buyer pays the seller directly.
